Hi, I'm Felicia.

There wasn’t one turning point that made me start this company. It was a series of moments across different rooms, industries, and decisions where I could see what needed to happen and who would be left behind if it didn’t. My Rhythm. My pattern- I could see it, build it and help others do the same.

I’ve always been drawn to people with range—high-capacity, highly gifted thinkers and builders who see the full picture but need structure to match the size of their ideas or haven't built the right container to support it. As The Growth Strategist for Creatives + Change Makers, I'm your strategic activator helping you live up to the scope of what you're capable of in your life + work. Sales. Marketing. Felicia Ford & Co.® exists because I live by belief and action. I don't play small. I don't shrink what's possible to fit a container that wasn't built for it. I’ve created from zero, scaled ideas into community movements, and moved on when I'm called to the next body of work. I believe small businesses can be competitive. Can be industry leaders. Can be taken seriously.

My background in I/O Psychology sharpens how I build strategy, but it’s my lived experience across sectors that taught me how to know what's ready, see what needs to shift, and how we move.

I work with Change Makers because I am one. And I’m clear that high-level thinking doesn’t have to come at the cost of clarity, long, drawn out circles on a hamster wheel, or real outcomes.
