Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll get an automated shipping confirmation sent to the email you used at checkout. If the carrier provides a Track & Trace number, it’ll be in that email. But just know, sometimes it takes 1-2 days for tracking to update.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Sis, once you place your order, it moves fast—straight to our print partners. That means changes aren’t guaranteed. But if you catch it quick (like, real quick), reach out during business hours to the shipper (you'll access their information once you purchase) and they’ll see what’s possible. National Black Girl Month™ has no ability to Address Changes.

If your order hasn’t gone to print yet, the shipper might be able to update your shipping address within the same region. But again, no promises—just reach out to them as soon as you can.

Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our print partners for production. This means:

• No refunds. All sales are final.
• No order modifications. We cannot change or cancel orders once they are in production.
• We do not control shipping. Our print partners handle fulfillment and work with various carriers worldwide.
• Tracking availability varies. If the carrier provides a Track & Trace number, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. However, some shipments may not include tracking.
